WOW! What a weekend for live lobsters. Lots of big ones, 2 and even a 3 pounder ordered. Hope everyone enjoyed them. I had one mom come in with her ice chest and posse of 3 yound girls. I handed the lobsters over the counter and the girls grabed on, not scared at all. Possible future employees????

Fresh Seafood for Tuesday will be Arctic Char.

Fresh for WEDNESDAY will be Fresh Sardines from Greece by special request. Please order by Tuesday 4 P.M. as I will only get what is ordered. 42 pounds is what the supplier will have.

Fresh Seafood for Thursday will be Amber Jack, Door County Whitefish and Coho Salmon.

Fresh Seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Perch and Blue Fin Tuna (Limited) and Fresh wild salmon patties. The ones we had last time that people liked.

Brat Flavors will be Beef Bacon and Blue cheese, Badger big 10 opener Red and White and Plain.
