Specials for week of April 26th

Just got back from Ohio, took mom and dad to visit my sister for the weekend. Nice trip, visited a few stores and found a couple interesting things. Hopefully I can find a Wisconsin Distributor. Unfortunately I didn't remember to call and order seafood for Tuesday so I will see what I can get for Wednesday this week.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday NONE see above.

Wednesday Live oysters and to be determined.

Thursday Chilean sea bass, Door County Whitefish and tilapia.

Friday Red Snapper, Scallops, Haddock and something else to be determined.

Order live lobster, oysters and clams by 4 p.m. Tuesday for Wednesday or 4 p.m. Thursday for Friday.

Brat flavors will be Jalapeno and cheese, Mushroom and Plain.

Tuesday only specials will be Kansas City Strip steaks 4.99 lb and frozen Mahi Mahi sides (fillets) 4.99 lb 2-5 pound average great for grilling or fish tacos.

I also have Lamb Chops and Veal Chops for 9.99 lb

Specials for week of April 19th

As you can see I have been using a larger type size. Seems another birthday is rolling around on Wednesday, only 51 but ready to race to 100 on the new knees. I will have a bowl of home made chocolate cookies to share on Wednesday. These are famous with the ladies at Thrivent when I used to work there. Stop in on Wednesday and enjoy a cookie.

Tuesday only specials Country Style Ribs $.99 lb and Pork tenderloin 2.99 lb Both items are while supply lasts at that price. Wednesday back to normal price.

So I am probably famous among local doctors for making my knee surgeon laugh. My first two questions for him were when can I start golfing again and do I really have to go back to work. Yes I can golf, putting an chipping first then work my way up to the big stuff. Yes he did give me a note to give to my boss so I can go back to work. Louise was thrilled, now I can climb the ladder and clean the gutters.

Hope everyone had a great Easter. I started this before the game started we'll see if I finish before the game ends. I have a new shark hat here at the store stop in and how I look in it. I don't really want to send photos in the e-mail.

I have to confess that 2 weeks ago I had Sturgeon come in but I didn't put it in the e-mail because it was all sold already. If anyone wants more let me know and when I get 6-8 pounds ordered I will order it again.

Fresh Seafood for Thursday will be Blue Fin Tuna (Limited call 734-4905 to order, may be able to get more for Friday) Tilapia and Walleye.

I will order perch and walleye a couple more times before Memorial Day and probably not until September or October after that unless I get a request for a large amount. 4-5 pounds is a large amount.
