Specials for week of Feb 8th

4 weeks from knee surgery and here I am graduated to a cane, bending without assistance to 100 degrees, target is 110 so more work to go. hopefully back to work at least part time in 4-6 weeks. Big Thank you to Dave and Fred filling the meat counter and Pat and the rest of the crew for keeping everything running smoothly. Lots of good team work going on.

Thank you to Louise for doing these e-mails the last couple weeks. She may have to do her own from now on, she has developed quite a following.

Thank you to those who sent cards and balloons, there were greatly appreciated. Thank you also to those who visited me in the hospital and nursing home, those were special surprises for me, Thank you.

Fresh Seafood for Tuesday will be Tilapia.

Fresh Seafoood for Thursday will be Sturgeon and Haddock. Good luck Sturgeon spearers, call me if you don't catch one.

Fresh Seafood for Friday will be Tuna, Scallops, Pacific Grouper and Perch.

Lets try the Crawfish thing again, whole IQF in 10 pound box are 21.00, must take the whole box. Tail meats are 1 pound packages, all meat, 9.99 per pound. Order for Wednesday or Friday pick up. 734-4905

Brat flavors will be plain and Ranch onion.
