Happy New Year to all. Hope this year is better for you than the past year. The past year was very good to us, sales up in seafood, meat and wine. I really appreciate your support.

Next Monday the 11th I am having both knees replaced so the e-mail will be out early next week and Louise will probably do it the next week. I am hoping for greatly reduced pain and some mobility in about 4 weeks. I expect to be away from work 2-3 months. I will really need your support to keep the store going while I am gone. Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Amber Jack.

Fresh Seafood for Thursday will be Arctic Char and tilapia.

Fresh Seafood for Friday will be red snapper, Walleye, gulf shrimp, scallops and Chilean Sea Bass.

Remember to order live oysters, clams and Lobster by Thursday for Friday delivery. Caviar is also available after the holidays. Stop in and check out the list.

Brat Flavors will be Jalepeno and cheese (green and gold in honor of the Packers) and plain.
