Oak color doesn't look too promising for this year. I drove down to Wild Rose today not much to see. I got a football piggy bank for the baby shower now they expect me to fill it up. Hopefully grandkids are cheaper than kids.

Fresh for Tuesday will be Wahoo and Tilapia.

Fresh for Wednesday will be Arctic Butterfish (similar to chilean sea bass) Halibut cheeks and Haddocks.

Fresh for Thursday will be Sword and Door County Whitefish.

Fresh for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Perch, Fresh Gulf Shrimp and Salmon and wild salmon patties.

Order live Lobster, Clams and Oysters by 4 P.M. Thursday for Friday delivery. I have been thinking about when to order seasonal items like shucked oysters, salt herring, salt cod, blind robins, caviear, lutifisk and lefsa. Let me know what other items you might be interested in.

Brat Flavors will be Jamacian Jerk and Plain.
